Italian Menu by Fabrizio Tanfani


Chef Fabrizio Tanfani, one of the most famous Chef in Formula 1, is coming for a week in Bucharest at Stejarii Pool Club Gourmet Restaurant. He will prepare a special Italian menu with delicious dishes to be savored in the cosy surrounding of the Stejarii Pool Club Restaurant. Come taste the beef tartar new style with fruit and poached egg, golden pappardelle with wild boar and mushrooms or the octopus Lucian style with saffron and mashed potatoes, cooked to perfection by chef Tanfani.

Every day, from 8:00 to 11:30 you can taste fresh and delicious breakfast dishes, to start the day properly. Go for the healthy option with the fruit selection, the white omelette or the various yogurt combinations, or get ready for the full day ahead with the Benedict menu, with eggs Benedict and Parma ham. Following the success of his last visit at the Stejarii Pool Club Gourmet Restaurant, Chef Fabrizio Tanfani is coming back to delight you with his culinary artistry and some of the most delicious Italian dishes you will ever taste.

Chef Tanfani is best known for his collaboration with F1 teams like Benetton, as executive chef, cooking for celebrities like Fernando Alonso and Michael Douglas. His experience in some of the best restaurants all around the world and his passion for cooking have provided him the inspiration to create dishes that are perfect not only in taste but also a masterpiece for the eye.

Martin White – Our Chef

In September 2016, Martin White took the challenge to become the Chef of Stejarii Pool Club | Restaurant Gourmet. He is passionate about creating innovative recipes, a refined mix of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, and of fresh, seasonal ingredients, which offer the dishes an exquisite flavor.

In the Stejarii Pool Club restaurant menu you can find some of his favorites: salmon teriyaki with bok choy and baby carrots, baby spinach and beetroot salad, with goat cheese and crispy Parma ham, homemade pasta with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. These are only some of the delicious arguments that recommend Chef White.

The Stejarii Pool Club restaurant menu now has a great addition: a full and delicious cake menu.

Make any special occasion festive with chocolate, fruit, cheesecake or mouse cakes, in various combinations suited for any occasion. You can pick your favourite from the list, place the order 24 hours in advance and pick up the perfect cake.

A cake consists of approximately 10 serves, beautifully decorated and in the best flavour combinations.

Barbie Dolls’ Story

Designed by London-based interiors studio The Gallery HBA, Stejarii Pool Club was destined to become the perfect place to spend quality time away from the city’s jet set, in an exclusive location, surrounded by the forest.

A few details offer the place a playful charm, and among these we count the 100 iconic Barbie dolls collection, sporting “couture” apparel made from fabric off-cuts – all created in an in-house competition by The Gallery HBA.

The Pool Club has the air of casual sophistication synonymous with fashionable members’ clubs in Europe’s capital cities. The location harmoniously combines the lounge, the library, the bar, the chic boutique, the restaurant and the terrace that overlooks the Olympic size pool. Displayed under glass domes, the 100 Barbie dolls are placed on shelves among books and other paraphernalia more typical of a residential library.


The main source of inspiration for Stejarii Pool Club, designed by London-based interiors studio The Gallery HBA, was the oak forest that hosts the whole complex, the connection with the surroundings being a very powerful one.

The Club’s concept was shaped by the play of light and shadow through leaves and branches and the materials used, such as the solid oak wood or the rock crystals inspire closeness to nature.

The location harmoniously combines the lounge, the library, the bar, the chic boutique, the restaurant and the terrace that overlooks the Olympic size pool. The large space dedicated to the dining area is divided in private smaller nooks, with the help of monolithic black bookshelves handcrafted from oak.

The oak ceiling beams crafted in a contemporary fashion emulate the natural canopy of the surrounding foliage, while shades of green and grey and the pops of amber and orange have also been drawn from the color palette of the woodlands. Crafted from 1200 pieces of hand-blown, leaf-shaped glass in varying hues of amber and gold, the unique chandelier recalls the same oak forest embracing the Club.
